Modernization of the pallet lift at Emmi in Emmen: new hydraulics, lift control card, complete control cabinet, and new conveyor technology with sensors – seamlessly integrated into the control system. Result: >70 pallets per hour instead of 48, increased operational safety, and commissioning completed in just 2 weeks.

Retrofit for Frigemo AG in Mellingen: complete rebuild of the hydraulic pallet lift from the 1980s, including a PLC main control system with touch panel, lift control card, new hydraulics, and 18 light barriers. Result: significantly higher availability, easy operation and diagnostics, and longer service life – a cost-effective alternative to a new installation.

For peka-metall AG in Mosen, we developed a custom hydraulic press system that processes various adjustment holders without retooling in just 5–6 seconds per cycle – robust, safe, and easy to maintain. Four synchronized cylinders, manually adjustable pressing force, a safety light curtain, and a deliberately PLC-free, logically structured control system ensure maximum availability and long-term support.

For the new Coop distribution center in Ticino, we implemented a fully automated conveyor solution: a double pallet lift with roller conveyors and a Siemens TIA PLC. Result: 100 pallets per hour with loads up to 1,000 kg – safe, reliable, and seamlessly integrated into the existing logistics flow.
